The building charges a one-time $30 registration fee per 3 adults, payable directly to the front desk *Building will have temporary maintenance done which will cause use of balcony to temporarily restricted and possible construction noise during parts of the day as well construction workers potentially requiring to do work on inside of balcony, however all building amenities are still fully operational
